Meet Natalie

Natalie Jenkins, a proud Maryland native, is dedicated to building brands—and the people behind them—with joy, amplifying impact on a global scale. As the Founder and CEO of StrateJenk, she channels her creative energy into shaping positive perceptions and strengthening brands through brand strategy, strategic communications, and life coaching.

With over eight years of experience, her work has always been rooted in the belief that when brands look, feel, and sound their best, they’re empowered to make a greater difference in the world. A graduate of Drexel University, Natalie has worked with a diverse range of clients, including large corporations, small businesses, and nonprofits. Regardless of the size or sector, her commitment to empowering brands through storytelling and execution remains steadfast. In every role, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight and heartfelt passion to help organizations elevate their communications and achieve meaningful impact.

Beyond her role at StrateJenk, Natalie is the proud co-founder of Black Women in Business, holds a certification as a Social and Community Manager, underscoring her commitment to uplifting communities and championing diverse voices. She is also a certified professional life coach, supporting entrepreneurs and young women.

When she isn’t transforming the communication efforts of her clients, Natalie loves visiting new cities across the globe, reading great books, sidesplitting laughter, writing, and investing in building her faith and family.
